Coffret “Grand Assemblage” 2016
A limited edition in honour of our Cellar Master
The Coffret “Grand Assemblage” celebrates 35 years of craftmanship with 3 cuvées Grand Cru vintage 2016:
The Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru (100% Chardonnay) reveals Chardonnay in its most radiant form – delicate citrus, white flowers, and a crystalline minerality that speaks of chalky soils.
The Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru (100% Pinot Noir) unveils the depth of Pinot Noir – ripe red fruits, notes of spice, and a generous, powerful texture that lingers on the palate.
The « Grand Assemblage » Grand Cru (equal blend of these two cuvées) offers the ultimate encounter: equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, uniting freshness and finess with strenght and structure in perfect equilibrium.
Mpre than a collection, it is an immersion into the terroir of Champagne and the timeles artistry of blending – crafted only from grapes of exceptional provenance, reserved for those who seek to taste the very essence of Grands Crus.
